My 2 dogs, Albie & Mabel, stayed at The Dog Club for 3 weeks last summer and they had the best time! It was lovely going away knowing that they are in the safe hands of a true dog expert with lots of space to run around & play with other dogs. Albie & Mabel were very happy on their little doggy holiday & built a great relationship with Jessica & co which was very clear when I picked them up but also in the photos and videos Jessica would send me whilst I was away. Highly recommend!
Parker has always thoroughly enjoyed his ‘holidays’ with Jess and family, and just spent the Bank Holiday weekend with The Dog Club in their new premises. When he is away, we always have total peace of mind knowing that he is happy and settled, with someone who is a complete expert, who understands his needs and can keep him safe and entertained! We get lovely pictures of him at different points in the holiday and can see what he is up to. Although he’s happy to see us when we get back, I’m pretty sure he’d stay longer if he could! I would totally recommend Jess and the team and will continue to send Parker off for his staycation whenever we’re away, secure in the knowledge that he’s being lovingly cared for. I would thoroughly recommend The Dog Club to anyone looking for top professional care for their dog, either on a daycare or holiday boarding basis.
Our dog Buffy stays at The Dog Club with Jess whenever we go on holiday – it’s her holiday too and she loves staying there! We never worry about leaving her and Jess sends us photos and updates to assure us that she’s having fun. Very highly recommended!
Elsie and Jim have a wonderful time when they stay with Jessica and Steve at what I would call a holiday camp for dogs. We have the peace of mind the dogs are safe and looked after in a great environment where they get to do what dogs love to do under the watchful eyes of the team who know the dogs characteristics and ensure the dogs needs are met. When we get the dogs home we know they have had a wail of a time and enjoyed their holiday as much as we have enjoyed ours.
I have known Jess and Jess for many years and have been very impressed with them both. They have great knowledge and experience of working with animals and especially dogs. The facilities are spotless, all dogs are given the utmost care. They treat all dogs in their care as members of their own family. My own dog Megan has stayed with Jess several times and without fail, she goes in wagging her tail and is very relaxed. Megan loves her time with Jess and her doggy friends. I cannot say enough really but the main thing is that your dog will be in great hands with The Dog Club Maldon.
As a natural worrier, I was always concerned about holidays and dog cover. Not wanting to put our dogs in kennels limited our options still further ….. until we met Jess. Jess, Steve and the team offer an exceptional service. Our dogs love their “holidays” and “away days” with them and we have total piece of mind, knowing they are in safe and capable hands. Their passion for what they do shines through. All aspects of the dogs needs are catered for. I cannot recommend highly enough and would not leave our dogs with anyone else.
The Dog Club has been created after many years of our family working with and living around our own dogs and others. We were always the first call when anyone we knew needed care for their dogs. As demand for our help grew, word spread, and the Dog Club as we know it was born. Shaped by the need for loving, knowledgeable care, combined with our understanding of what a dog needs to be happy, relaxed, and safe, our facilities have been designed solely to benefit every dog’s needs. From wide-open spaces to run off-lead and play, to homely sofas and cosy sleeping areas to relax.
In 2022, we decided to open up to the public and start offering the dogs of Maldon a chance to come and play, learn, and have fun with us. Fast forward and the dog club has grown into everything we hoped it would and more – as well as forming a community of loving, supportive and happy local owners and their dogs with endless positive, raving reviews and such wonderful feedback. Our dream of creating a dog-haven has been achieved and we continue to develop and improve our services – adding grooming, training, extra dog walking and home boarding.
The first step to joining The Dog Club is getting in touch with us to arrange in induction for your dog and for you to have a look around at what we have to offer. You can do that easily by booking online, alternatively we can have a chat and talk you through booking in at a time that suits you.
The Puppy Club is a specialist puppy socialisation and training club for all puppies between 12 weeks and 12 months – providing them with the tools to grow and develop into balanced, confident, and social young dogs. They will eventually graduate Puppy Club once they reach 12 months, over a 4-week process, into our main Dog Club which is fully equipped to integrate with all dog types.
The Puppy Club will teach your pup the skills they need to equip them for all aspects of life, above and beyond their time with us here. They will grow into confident, happy and social adults.
